Structured Note
Categories: Options, Bonds and Treasuries, Futures,
typically, a senior unsecured debt obligation with a derivative component, reflecting the terms of the transaction and specifying payments, normally including the return of the principal amount at maturity (for principal protected notes), or possibly some principal loss (in the case of nonprincipal protected notes), depending on the performance of the underlying investment
