Stock Pick means a process in which an analyst or investor determines the particular shares that will make a good investment. In this process a systematic form of analysis is used to choose a stock.The position can be either long or short depending on the expectation what a stock's price will do in the future. Because forecasting can never be sure, investors have to include a margin of error in their calculations.
