Optional Cash Purchase

A feature of some dividend reinvestment plans that allows investors to purchase additional shares directly from a company. In a dividend reinvestment plan, dividends are used to purchase additional shares for an investor's account. An optional cash purchase allows an investor to buy shares in addition to those bought with dividends.
