Meaning / Definition of
No-load Life Insurance
Categories: Insurance,
A type of life insurance that charges policyholders' lower premium than traditional life insurance. Typically, a "no-load insurance" has little or no yearly fee, which is calculated onto the monthly payments. The low fee charges come as a result of the no-commission based system of sale that would have passed on such expense to the customer. Apart from the lower premium in no-load life insurance, it is similar to conventional life insurance in many ways.
