Net Parity
1. US Investment: The price of a convertible security that includes the quoted asking price plus accrued interest. The value is equal to par value plus the interest earned to the date of sale. 2. international Investment: The price of a security, in us dollars, including duty stamps, fees and other transaction costs. Opposite of gross parity.
