Net Asset Value Arbitrage

A stock or security buying and selling strategy whereby an investor will take advantage of the difference in price of a particular security that trades on different market exchanges. Therefore, once the investor purchases the security on one exchange, they may sell it on another exchange before the close of the trading day on the other exchange.
