NASD Form Fr-1
Form required to be filed by foreign dealers with FINRA (formally the NASD) to ensure that firms taking part in the new distribution of securities make a legitimate public offering at the predetermined offering price. The purpose of the form is to determine whether an offering was distributed according to the interpretation.
