Municipal Over Bond (MOB) Spread

The price difference between tax-free municipal bonds and a taxable treasury bond futures contract. Bonds that are close to the date of expiration are involved in mob spread. The yield fluctuates according to the performance of the Treasury futures and municipal bond market.
