Economic And Social Stabilization Fund

An investment fund owned by the Chilean government to stabilize revenues. The fund is initially funded by revenues from copper exports through the Copper stabilization Fund and it receives fiscal surpluses above 1% of the gross domestic product. The fund is managed by Chile's Ministry of Finance.
