Cumulative Bulletin (CB)

An official publication issued every six months by the United States internal revenue service that includes the content of all internal Revenue Bulletins for that period. Internal Revenue Bulletins, which are published weekly, contain clarifications on internal revenue service procedures and newly established regulations.
