Buy A Bounce

An investment strategy which focuses on the purchasing of a security after the price of the asset declines to an important level of support. Traders will use the strategy in an attempt to profit from short-term corrections of the support so they must ensure they can identify the valid level of support. This strategy type is generally considered to be high-risk and has been known to end up in serious losses.
