1120-W Form

estimated tax for Corporations. This form is used for corporations to make estimated tax payments. Corporations required to do so include those that expect their estimated tax to be $500 or more, those that are s corporations, and corporations that are tax-exempt, tax-exempt trusts, and domestic private foundations.
